Information alone cannot move you forward.  It is the insight from that information that enables you to improve results.

 

The key to obtaining valuable insight is to ask the right questions.  Defining the question requires an understanding of what is technically possible, and of what information would be of value to the business.  It’s only interesting if it moves us forward.

 

Every business is differ​ent and all information is unique.  My experience gives me a great starting point.  I know where to start looking, what we're looking for and when we've got what we need.  This keeps everyone focused and delivers the insight efficiently.

 

All too often analysts present work with ‘fascinating’ facts and 'interesting' information but which is not delivered within the context of the business or marketing challenges.  As such they are only ‘interesting’ within themselves and do not inform the marketing strategy.

 

Having worked in both planning and analysis, I am able to  provide truly useful analytical work for my clients.   I am able to deliver the analysis from the raw data or work with in-house teams to provide deliver a greater depth of interpretation and shift us from analysis information into insightful findings.
