Data Processing

Development of briefs for the preparation data for mailing, database development and identification of unique customers for Single Customer View build.

Single Customer View

Design & briefing of the Single Customer View to create a unique record for each individual of interest.  Bringing together all response data, purchase data & profile data to enable in-depth analysis, reporting or campaign delivery

  • Creating a unique customer ID using de-dupe

  • Developing derived data items to enhance customer understanding (e.g. length of time between purchases)

  • Developing update processes to enable speedy data re-fresh

Tracking Reports

Design of campaign & programme tracking reports based on the client requirements.  Enabling performance review and programme modifications to be made at speed and so impact results in a timely manner.
